Personal Data Processing Policy
General provisions

The Policy applies to all personal data processed in pursuance of requirements of the Federal Law on Personal Data (No. 152-FZ) dated to 27.07.2006 and defines the procedure for personal data processing and measures for ensuring the security of personal data taken by an Individual entrepreneur, Angelina A Fedoseeva (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.The Operator is liable to ensure the protection of rights and freedoms of a person and citizen at processing of their personal data, including protection of the rights to the inviolability of private life, personal and family secrets.

2.This Operator's Policy on personal data processing (hereinafter referred as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website .

2.Basic terms and definitions used in the Policy:

1.Automated personal data processing – personal data processing with the use of computer equipment;

2.Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of personal data processing (except where processing is necessary to specify personal data).

3. Website – a set of graphical and informational materials,computer programs and databases that make them available on the website,

4.Personal data information system – the entirety of personal data contained in databases, the information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing.

5.Depersonalization of personal data – actions resulting in the impossibility to determine, without additional information, whether personal data belongs to a specific personal data subject.

6. Personal data processing – any action (operation) or a series of actions (operations) carried out with or without the use of automation facilities with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

7. Operator - a state body, a municipal body, legal entity or individual, independently or jointly with others organizing and(or) performing the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

8.Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website,

9. User – any visitor to the website,

10.Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a group of persons.

11.Dissemination of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making an unlimited group of persons familiar with personal data, including publication of personal data in mass media, information and telecommunications networks, or otherwise granting access to personal data.

12.Cross-border transfer of personal data - transfer of personal data to the authority of a foreign state, to a foreign individual or foreign legal entity;

13.Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irrevocably with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator has the right to process the following personal data of the User

1.Full Name;
2.Email address;
3.Phone numbers;
4.Year, month, date and place of birth;
5.Photos;
6.The website compiles and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
7.The above data are hereinafter united by the general concept of Personal data.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

1.The purpose of the User's personal data processing is to provide the User with access to services, information and content on the Website.

2.The Operator has the right to send the User notifications about new goods and services, special offers and various events. The user is able to opt out of information messages by submitting the Operator an email to organic_angelina@mail.ru themed as "Refusal of notifications about new goods and services and special offers''.

3.Anonymized User data compiled with Internet statistics services serve to log information about the User's actions on the website, to improve the quality and content of the website.

5. Legal grounds for personal data processing

1.The Operator executes processing of personal data only if the User completes filling in and/or submits data through special forms placed on the website .

By filling in and / or submitting personal data to the Operator, the User shall give the consent to this Policy.

2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if the setting of storing data in cookies using JavaScript is enabled in the User browser.

6.Collection, storage, transmission and other methods of personal data processing

The security of personal data that are processed by the Operator, shall be ensured within legal, organizational and technical measures taken to fully comply with the applicable data protection laws.

1.The Operator shall ensure data persistence and take all the necessary measures to limit third-party access.

2.The personal data of the User shall never and under any circumstances, be passed on to third parties, except for in cases specified by the current data protection laws.

3.Inaccurate personal data shall be updated by the User through the notification ''Personal data update'' submitted to the Operator's email.

4.Personal data processing is unlimited. The User has the right to withdraw consent to personal data processing through the notification ''Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing'' submitted to the Operator's email.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

1.Before undertaking a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator shall have been aware that a foreign country which personal data are transmitted to, ensures a solid protection of rights of personal data subject.

2.Cross-border transfer of personal data in foreign countries that is not in compliance with the above mentioned requirements, shall be confirmed only with the written consent for cross-border transfer of personal data from the personal data subject end and/or with the execution of agreement where the personal data subject is a party.

1.The User shall be able to get any clarifications in respect of all matters regarding personal data processing by contacting the Operator via organic_angelina@mail.ru

2.This document shall inform about any amendments inserted by the Operator in personal data processing policy. The policy remains in force until its substitution with a new version.
